The old warehouse across Tricou Street started coming down.
It was anti climactic. There were a few good booms and thuds.
Shadow got in a rose bush. And I found a strange beehive.
It was cute, everything she does is cute, but an angry bird didn't think it was so cute.

Buddy and Shadow shared the bed on a cold morning.
And Shadow pulled the blanket over herself.

Buddy and Shadow posed for their school pictures.
A somewhat rare detente.
Shadow wore a collar for the first time.
It wasn't that hard to get it on her. Maybe she understands what I mean by it.
Took a lot of pictures of my cats.
I'm sure I did other things too.
I installed a spigot in my backyard shed.
It's something I'd been contemplating for years I guess.
Caught another possum eating the cat food.
I've been disturbing this possum nightly all week as he or she goes about the business of eating bugs and such in my yard, but tonight it decided to come bug me instead.

I don't know; it's just completely overgrown.
Buddy was king of all he surveyed.
Just Buddy absolutely enjoying his princedom, or principality, or what you will.
I found an adolescent possum in my kitchen.
I opened the front door and turned out the lights, hoping she’d be brave enough to leave before Buddy came home (though he has no interest in possums, no play value).
We waited for Hurricane Francine.
This one knocked our power out for a day.
Got a picture of Buddy and Otter being friends.
Gina always said they're more like frenemies, but look at this.
I found a bird's nest partly made of tape.
Perfect nest, no egg inside.

Maybe Buddy brought him in. Anyway, he escaped unharmed.
I don't know why, I just like making a record of these.
Gina went to City Hall and sent me a picture of a map.
The street names around here have changed since 1893.

I put new strings on my guitars.
I watched YouTube videos and now I don't know how to put the strings on anymore.
We had a big bonfire to burn up the post-Ida fallen limbs.
I wanted a big fire and I got one.

I took a picture of this wonder truck in Chattanooga last Thanksgiving.

I found a shed snake skin in my fire pit.
Which probably means there's a snake in my fire pit.
I made these specifically for unread books and charging electronics.
Otter came over for a nap on my work table.
This cat lives next door but he doesn't know that.
I have no idea what this note-to-self meant, but I'm not looking for any pork rinds.
I couldn't use them up fast enough.
The last good picture of Sally.
I have more recent pictures but this is the one I like.
I made a pizza with brussels sprouts on it.
Brussels sprouts were trendy at the time.
Found out front under the cypress trees.

Sally investigated zinnias from our garden.
Gina asked me to plant these.
The fluorescent paint? Very expensive.
