David Rhoden.

I let go of some art that had been allowed to decay too much.

I had a couple of old pieces that had been stored outside for too long. Additionally, I had about a year's worth of yard trash to burn. So the time seemed right.

I restored some of my art that had been stored outside and I’m really pleased with that. At the same time, I had a couple of old pieces that had been stored outside for too long. Additionally, I had about a year’s worth of yard trash to burn. So the time seemed right.

These pieces weren’t restorable. I liked them but they’d been in the grass so long that their feet were gone or going. It made me sad to think about; it made me think about what could happen to my feet someday. So I let them go. It doesn’t change anything but it makes room to think about something else.
