I took a walk in the Lower Ninth Ward.

Just a threatening thing I saw walking down Dauphine Street in Holy Cross. I think there are a dozen ways to get in the parking lot that this tangle of razor wire is supposed to be protecting. It's just hateful to put a lot of razor wire close to the sidewalk like that. I mean, nothing in New Orleans is accessible to wheelchairs, but this particularly isn't, and on purpose.
